Hard and Party Harder is the fundamental philosophy of All Bout Communication.
We believe that an average working professional spends most of his awake hours
at the workplace and a PR professional spends more hours at work compared to
average. A PR pro starts the day early with a cup of coffee and stack of
newspapers to track. A typical day requires him to interact with journalists,
clients, read the news, write releases and has a blend of office and outdoor
work. Having worked in some of the leading PR firms, I noticed that most of the
workplaces have a hectic and at times, a toxic work environment. A PR firm’s
success depends on its people but unfortunately, firms don’t put enough effort
to keep their squad happy. Most of the PR professionals feel under-appreciated
by their bosses and are deprived of the due credit for their efforts. Our
vision has been to keep All Bout Communication free from these corporate
ailments.
All Bout Communication, from Day 1, we have created a unique style of working
for ourselves and inspite of the uneven workflow we somehow have managed to
strike a work-life balance. We feel success of an organization comes from its
culture and how happy people are during their tenure with the
organization. ABC follows a flat hierarchy and an open-door policy. This
means that the intern, executive, manager and the founder are treated alike and
are given the same amount of respect. The culture is transparent where every
member is aware of the happenings of the firm. Similarly, a junior member can
give a feedback to a senior official and every idea is appreciated.

activities. Employees can take mini breathers in the play zone or browse
through a mini library. A flat hierarchy and an open door policy give
them the creative freedom to think independently, act and also offer
suggestions.

that every once in a month we organize a recreational sit-together, have few
drinks and relive the highlights of the month. These activities gives us an
opportunity to connect and know each other on a personal level and at the same
time, make some memories to cherish. We keep coming up with unique ways to
unwind. After a strenuous and hectic schedule of events, we take off for a
weekender to a nearby destination where we party, play games and be merry.
These trips normally intersect with a long weekend so there is a mini-vacation
to look forward to every few months. Apart from the trips, we go on general
long weekends too. For instance, Dhanteras hold great significance for our
clients and every year, once we finish our work of the season, we go for a
Diwali holiday starting from evening of Dhanteras and resume work on Bhaiduj,
which for a PR firm is quite a long break.
a known fact that appreciation is the key to motivation and everybody loves to
be appreciated. At All Bout Communication, we follow a Reward & Recognition
system where the employees receive a surprise gift everytime they achieve a
landmark. It could be their work anniversary, maximum attendance or excellent
performance. We love to celebrate and party and therefore, we are constantly
seeking excuses to do so. We celebrate every birthday and festival, be it holi,
Christmas or Diwali. Apart from this, we also have an incentive model in place
wherein, any team member helps the organization in generating or saving revenue
in any form, receives a percentage of the same as an incentive. There is an
employee referral model too where you can refer a buddy at work and earn
surplus for the same.
