We spend nine hours of our day at
work, which constitutes about a major part of our everyday routine. The obvious
goal is to build something substantial and aren’t we all trying to build our
own cover story. We are all working to make it big. In old times, the work
culture was different but today the understanding of work has become more
dynamic. We are no mere ‘Hands’, like in the Dickensian novels. We are the new
age passionate millennials, the disruptive entrepreneurs. No one can work
without play and keep the team united. An initiative to stay happy and
encouraged has to be the fundamental purpose of an organization. Therefore, to
optimize we at India Accelerator take happy initiatives to help our co-workers
keep their spirits high.

Work is a priority and we understand
that, but our mantra is to make the little time we get count. The traditions
provide us plenty of opportunity to rejoice. May it be Holi, Diwali, or
Independence Day, everyone gets together when you have some music, some dance
and great food. This is what makes the secret sauce for happiness at IA.

A co-work space helps the
organizations built their own identity with best possible means. What is to be
happy is to build something which you feel represents you. We all are budding
entrepreneurs here, who understand the characteristic of freedom to work. The
new global scenario is built around this idea, where everyone uses their
artistic freedom.

because they decided not to be bound by the conventional measures of being. At
IA we represent a work culture which prominently describes ‘creative-work’. And let us not bound ourselves to the conventional
measure; a co-working space helps you build your perfect business recipe,
helping a melting pot opportunity for all our startups to work towards building
disruptive ideas. The blend of the 25 startups who work together enable them
initiate ideas they would have never been able to think in the closed doors.

A large part of being happy is also to
feel safe and being empowered. Yes, we have those initiative savvy
professionals who want to spread happiness all around the world. Most recently,
we organized a women empowerment program initiative, introduced by ‘UNGENDER’; Industry
