is the most important message you want to send out to all the women around the

Megha: On this beautiful occasion of celebrating womanhood I want tell
each one of you that LOVE AND ACCEPT YOURSELF THE WAY YOU ARE. Gift yourself
UNIQUE CREATION OF DIVINE. Embrace yourself. Love is all you need.

ST: What
according to you is ‘women empowerment’?

Megha: I feel we require primary changes i.e. internal changes. I
would like to point out that when we, as Women are willing to shift our
internal ground, our earth, we will operate on a much more expanded level in
life. When women are suppressed, everybody loses. When women win, we all win. I
believe empowering women is best thing we can do for our planet.

ST: What would you say are the main challenges facing women at present
in India?

Megha: CONDITIONING. I feel in India we are conditioned in every areas
of life which is favorable to patriarchal society or way of life. We are
conditioned by our parents, teachers, peers, relatives, familyetc. to act in
order to suit others comfort. Which is not important. Others are given more
power than oneself, whereas belittling self. I see it as challenge because your
thought patterns and mental work is important in bringing change as an
individual or as society. The more we work on releasing unwanted conditioning
and start trusting and believing in ourselves , empower ourselves as an
individual we will surely see a change in the society.

ST: Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years?

Megha: My life goal is to see myself transforming millions of lives
globally by spreading awareness and understanding of who we are. Teaching self-love
and spreading laughter and joy.
