Gogo: Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is the
woman that has inspired me, she is a young multiple award winning writer and a
motivational speaker. She believes in herself, she is a feminist. She believes in
gender equality. She has inspired many young ladies to aspire higher, work hard
and compete favourably in their careers. She is wonderfully made to inspire her
generation and coming generations.

international women’s day is by calling on Nigeria government, security forces
and United nations to secure the release of Dapchi school girls and remaining Chibok
girls who are still in boko haram captivity.

Gogo: My best message to women on this
occasion is to be vigilant, empower themselves and be agents of positive
change. Women are not meant to be just house wives and child factory. We don’t
belong only to the kitchen rather we are also entrepreneurs, very creative and
innovative. Amazing creatures from God.

nation building, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and
sustainability, and improve the quality of life of the citizens and the nation.

globally differs from one culture to another but most significantly is inequality,
in some cultures women are seem as domestic champions and also domestic violence
against women is increasing globally.
