“Our flagship product, Gleematic, is a robotic process automation (RPA) solution with built-in artificial intelligence (AI). RPA is a technology where software robots mimic mouse clicks and keyboard strokes like humans to complete business processes. We help users automate the manual work of manipulating data and communicating with various I.T. applications, faster, cheaper, more accurately, and smarter with artificial intelligence. Our solution is able to go beyond rules-based processes handled by traditional RPA, and automate non-routine tasks involving judgement.

Our vision is to empower all types of users, including non-IT-trained persons,
to automate smartly using artificial intelligence. Our flagship product, Gleematic, is a robotic

How do you leverage Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence in
order to create a highly reliable ‘process automation software’?
Intelligence, called “computer vision”, to see the screen just like
humans do. Process automation becomes more reliable because our robots can
“see” the screen, wait for applications to load properly, and check
whether tasks have been done correctly.
What business opportunities do you see particularly in your sector- Enterprise
Technology?
technologically savvy, they tend to adopt “best of breed” or
“best value for money” software applications that may not necessarily
be able to communicate with one another. This creates islands of technologies
within enterprises. Our solution, Gleematic, aims to be the bridge to connect
these islands of technologies.

According to you, how software robots can transform business operations with
robotic business process outsourcing (robotic BPO)?
outsourcing (BPO), which many company leaders would already be familiar with.
Outsourcing allows companies to focus on their core value-added activities that
are centered around the key capabilities of the company. It also allows for
cost-savings, largely due to labor-arbitrage, when work is outsourced to places
with lower wages.
process automation (RPA), which can overcome some of the disadvantages of
outsourcing, such as risk of exposing confidential data. RPA allows companies
to “insource” the jobs to software robots which can be housed within the
company, to ensure full control of processes.

or applications.

capabilities) can make business processes much smarter and efficient in various
ways that have not been possible with traditional IT implementations. These new
“robots” with cognitive capabilities will be able to bring automation to higher
levels by assisting people in doing non-routine tasks and problem solving. For
example, these intelligent robots can take care of various steps in a process,
starting from entering data into IT applications, to analyzing these data
points to detect meaningful patterns and make recommendations for actions.
How has your entrepreneurship journey been so far?
share of a profitable software company before I started Glee Trees. This new
journey has been very exciting and fulfilling so far as we are riding the
rising wave of the new era of smart automation. It is also satisfying to see
that users of our solution literally find glee in being able to automate large
chunks of their work easily, so that they can focus on other value-added work.
Why Robotic Process Automation and Outsourcing has become crucial for
businesses to stay ahead of the curve?
4. I will touch on just RPA. Just as earlier progress in automation made many
“blue collar” jobs redundant, this new wave of automation through RPA will mean
that many “white collar” jobs will be affected too. Companies who want to stay
ahead of the curve need to embrace RPA, and intelligent automation tools so
that they can gain increased efficiency across business processes, customer
service improvements, and better quality of products and services.
What are your future plans?
product globally within a year. We are also working on making our product
smarter and even easier to use, so that we can get closer to our vision of
empowering anyone and everyone to automate.
