ST: Who is a woman that inspires you the
most and why?
most and why?
Minash: Every woman around me, that I work with
in my team everyday, inspire me. I love to watch the dedication with which
every task is completed and plans are executed. Despite of whatever goes on in
everyone’s personal life, they are all there with a smile, moving things
forward, striving for their personal growth and Ellement Co.’s professional
growth. To me, that is true inspiration, baby steps everyday to achieve your
big dreams.

challenges facing women at present in India?
challenges facing women at present in India?
Minash: I feel like women sometimes go into a
shell and fear their male counterparts and always look for validation in

next 5 years?
Minash: As much as I love the online world, I do
believe I would like to look into being offline, opening retail stories and most
importantly one of my passion projects is setting up small franchise models
around India which will be run by local women to empower them through
management, critical thinking and challenges that business throw in your way to
encourage women working in rural parts of India.
