Chitwn: My
mother inspires me the most; she acted as a backbone and concrete to me
throughout my journey. She had all her faith and trust in me. Her never giving
up attitude made me achieve the position where I am today.

Empowerment according to me is giving equal rights to them, right to education,
and sense of self-worth, dignity and respect. Giving them safe and comfortable
working environment, right to make own decisions and choices.

challenges facing women at present in India?

India, women are facing lot of issues. They are equally capable of doing things
what Men are doing but still they have to prove themselves in society.
Harassment at workplace, biased pay scale issue, Managing work and home at the
same time are few major challenges for the women of today.
