health effects, including damage to their lungs, brains and other organs. Of
that global total, 300 million kids are exposed to pollution levels more than

Candor International School for being the first Green school in the country
spread over 20 acres near Electronic City, Bengaluru. Candor is a school with a
difference, designed to meet optimum number of students in only 20% of the
total estate area. The campus infrastructure and various other equipments have
been designed to meet the stringent requirements and standards of the Indian
Green Building Council (IGBC). The school also has a half Olympic size pool
which is child friendly and uses no chlorine. Candor also makes every attempt
to conserve energy, harvest rainwater and manage waste.
