Arun Kumar: Xenture
Technologies Private Limited has been founded in the vision of Arun Kumar &
Sunaina Agarwal. Embarking of the most advanced technology, Xenture
Technologies has initiated and developed the smart recruitment application-
Trabaajo which aims to bridge the gap between an employer and an employee. It
provides the opportunity for live interviews just through your smartphone.
trendsetters in the market offer the simplest solution to the most difficult
problems because we believe every problem has a solution to it. It is an
organization that is geographically local yet with global standards.
What was your idea behind starting up a new venture in the area of HR?
Arun Kumar: Recruitment
is a need to any organization and having the right team members definitely is a
challenge to any organization’s growth.
The idea is here to provide hassle free recruitment process. The new
venture Trabaajo aims to offer effective sourcing through its interface.
Usually the long hours of wait and multiple rounds of interviews can be a
tedious task. Thus, Trabaajo aims to offer cost and time effective recruitment
solution to both candidate and the recruiter across all geographies, domains,
What business opportunities do you see in HR field in India?
Arun Kumar: Recruitment
is an essential to any organization whether big or small. We cater to a sector
which is a need and provide solutions with the advanced technology and
solutions catering to all prove the ability and potential of our application.
We not only have the resume but also the feature of taking live video
interviews through our apps and web portal along with all documents intact. We
are not a hiring agency/consultancy/portal, but a complete application that
ensures smooth process of recruitment is carried on through our cognitive
algorithm set in the application.
How has been your entrepreneurship journey so far?
Arun Kumar: The
entrepreneurship journey has been exciting and challenging too. Being an
entrepreneur means to be always prepared with a plan B. They are obstructions and reluctance to
acceptance in the market especially when you are a start-up enterprise. Yet,
that is also the fun element that keeps you on your toes. It helps you move
ahead in this competitive scenario when you have your goals fixed.
and a half back with just our idea and now that we have our application live
and available, it seems like we just have started. It is a new day every day
some with expected challenges and some days you just don’t know what to do or
rather what is to come your way. However, with the right team support and
like-minded attitude you know you will definitely overcome the same.
What challenges do you face in your day to day professional life, if any?
Arun Kumar: Like said
above, every day is a new challenge for us. The most important challenge is to
build a team, which share same vision and mission.
How big is your team? Are you planning to hire more?
Arun Kumar: Currently,
Xenture has a small team of about 22 people. Yes, definitely we are looking to
hire more at the earliest possible. Currently, we are looking to expand our
team in Bangalore, Singapore, and Mumbai.

What are your future plans?
Arun Kumar: Our
future plans include the further development of Trabaajo i.e., the Phase II of
it which is currently in the R & D stage. We have a lot of marketing
activities coming up and looking at expansions too.
