Vinay is a result oriented professional with over 18 years of versatile experience in sales, marketing and P&L management in both B2B & B2C (Consumer goods, Dairy, Wellness, Insurance & Industrial goods). Vinay has significant experience & track record of scaling up new ventures & managing large operations. With a unique blend of having worked in MNC, Indian FMCG & start-up, Vinay has thorough understanding of sales, marketing & commercial aspects of BU management and proven ability to drive results through a collaborative team work & cross functional engagements.
Vinay has successfully led high performing diverse teams and directed operations to maximize growth and profitability. Prior to joining Onelife, Vinay has been associated with reputed Companies like Parag Milk Foods Ltd., Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd and Foseco India Ltd.
