Sukesha: I do not come from an
entrepreneurship background, at 50 I decided to live my dream by creating a venture
which involved healthy snacking options for everyone;mainly Nutrition Bars.
Having a passion for creating healthy food for family and friends gave me a
vision to create our brand Nutrezy; coupled with my daughter Komal Kadaba, who
added her inputs while she completed MBA in Healthcare from WeSchool. Together
we are a team wanting to provide Natural, healthy snacking options through an
e-commerce portal of ours & reach customers needs directly.

Sukesha: My mother foremost for teaching me
how to be an Independent woman, and seeing my daughter taking the same path
makes me happy. Sudha Murthy secondly for her simplicity and giving back to the

Sukesha: I feel womanhood should celebrated
everyday. We celebrate everyday as we do what we love, would be like just
another happy day at our workplace working with my daughter and all our woman
employees.

to first love herself & live her dream. Self-respect and Independence is

Sukesha: Women’s empowerment is intertwined
with respect for human rights. In our society women were not given the same
opportunity as men. It makes me immensely happy to see the change now and young
woman leaders taking main stage.
