influence in life?

Himatsingka: My father has had a strong influence on my life. He has always
taught me to put people and their needs before my own. And that goodwill once
lost can never come back. I do keep this in mind while running my organization
as well.

you face in your day to day professional life, if any?

Himatsingka: Primarily the service industry comes with its share of baggage.
Keeping everyone satisfied is a Herculean task. It’s a 24 hour job. Also trying
to make staff understand and follow systems is sometimes a challenge.

see yourself in next 5 years down the line?

Himatsingka: In the next 5 years I do want at least 8-10 sub franchisees across
the country and I want to be recognized as someone who is doing well for the
society.

with the capacity to do multi faceted things and we should make the most of it.
