is due to the increasing number of products manufactured because of the
constant rate of advancing technology, development as well as mentality of
human due to which disposal issues are raising as excess of anything is not

ST: What is the significance of ‘World
Environment Day’ at the present time?
Environment Day’ at the present time?
Amit: Given
the current times of global epidemic, World Environment Day is a great
opportunity for all of us to be reminded that mother nature has given us
enough; and that minimalism is what we need for happy and satisfied life. The
greed has pushed us to exploit nature beyond our capacity to deal with the
repercussions. Let’s not ever confuse, ourselves as the owners of Mother nature
who knows when to repair and heal itself. We better behave like the responsible
custodians. Environmental wellness is what feeds our holistic (physical,
mental, emotional and financial) wellness.
