ST: How are you celebrating this year’s International
Women’s Day?
Women’s Day?
Neeti: Most of our women employees come from backward and
uneducated sections of the society. But I still admire their courage and
independent thinking. All men and women can succeed if given the right
platforms and opportunities. And I try to mentor them in whatever capacity
possible. There is no one out there to coach these women on how to become
successful – no role models, no mentors and sometimes no one to even understand
their struggles. I try to be that person for them who can empathize and guide.
And on this women’s day also, I will continue to do this for them.

Neeti: To the younger ones I would like to say – education
has no substitute. Please get the right knowledge at this age so that you can
leverage it for the rest of your life. To the older ones I would like to say –
it is never too late to educate yourself and make sure you give equal
opportunities to your girls and boys.
